I stopped by the Ferguson showroom to check out bathroom fixtures and had a great experience. The showroom was clean, organized, and easy to browse without feeling overwhelming. "Showed Up Sooner Than I Thought"
I ordered a part from Ferguson Home and figured I’d be waiting most of the week, but no, it actually showed up way faster than I expected. "Friendly staff, but the wait could’ve been better"
The staff was nice and easy to talk to, so I want to give credit where it’s due. Everyone I interacted with was polite, which definitely helped. That said, I did end up waiting longer than I expected to get help, and things felt a little unorganized at times. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it also wasn’t especially smooth. Overall, average, with some good people working there.

"Solid faucet, just wish the instructions were better"
I ordered a bathroom faucet from fergusonhome.com, and my snap judgment right out of the box was that it felt way nicer than I expected. It had some weight to it and didn’t feel cheap at all.

The finish matched the photos closely, and it was packed well, so no complaints there. I’ve had it installed for a few weeks now and haven’t had any leaks or strange issues.

The only thing that knocked it down a bit for me was the instructions. They could’ve been clearer, especially during install. Overall though, the faucet itself is solid and I’m happy with it

I did end up finding what I needed, so it wasn’t a total headache. But the filters felt hit or miss. I’d select certain options and still get results that didn’t match, which made me wonder if they were trying to show extra stuff on purpose. Not awful overall, just more clicking and sorting than it really should’ve taken.

My order showed up with everything there, nothing missing and no wrong items. It was straightforward, which was a relief because I never really trust customer service to fix things quickly if something goes wrong. Thankfully, I didn’t have to deal with any of that this time.
